This works great on my Saint Bernard Pyrenees he was getting it out of hand put this on him now he's a good boy, he has manners and it was cheap, I use the beep and vibrate hardly ever have to shock him but now it been coming off while he's been wearing it and he ate it today
I've used several different brands over the years, and this seem to me to be the best I've used.
Good
This is very affordable and works well. However, it is very hard to set the level of static shock. Either mine is not working just right( the push and turn button for adjustment) or it's just hard to set.
The beep and vibrate is not hard but the shock mode takes forever to set either up or down.
Other than that it's a good collar. Hold the charge a long time and has good range. Has made my pup much easier to live with as far as her behavior with the other dogs when we go out for an off leash run. My dial for setting the shock has somehow gone down to 2 so if I need it it's not going to measure on her " be nice" level. And it won't go back to normal.
I'm going to order another one and if it's as hard to set I'll just return it.
