The Morning That Changed Everything

It started on one of those quiet Vermont mornings—the kind where the mist is still clinging to the hollows and the only sound is the crackle of a woodstove and the distant, rhythmic drumming of a Woodpecker in the sugar maples.

There we were, coffee in hand, watching a lone Black-capped Chickadee land on a frost-covered porch railing. It was a small moment, but it hit us: this tiny, resilient creature was counting on our little patch of earth to make it through the season.

That’s the moment Wumibox was born.

In the Green Mountain State, a backyard isn't just a property line; it’s a sanctuary.
